Meet the Team
John
John brings over 10 years of airline experience to every coaching session, having flown as a commercial wide-body pilot on the Airbus A330 and A350, as well as a domestic narrow-body pilot on the Boeing 737. That breadth of experience — across long-haul international operations and high-frequency domestic flying — means he understands the full spectrum of airline environments and what selection panels are genuinely looking for. John's priority in your coaching is simple - to elevate and hero your achievements, compatibility for the role and efforts, so that the recruiter can easily see why you're the perfect choice.
John has coached hundreds of pilots who have gone on to secure employment at a variety of airlines, including legacy carriers including British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Qantas, and Virgin Australia. His approach is grounded in real-world aviation knowledge and a genuine commitment to each client's success, and he is a currently active airline pilot. At PCA, you're in safe hands.
